AUP (Acceptable Use Policy)

We want to go easy with the rules but we need to document something to set expectations. This service is made available to you based on the following:

  • Please do not use a VPN service while using our service.
  • Please do not provide false contact details.
  • Free tier plans must be logged into monthly (at the web portal).
  • Do not send content via our service that the recipients do not want to receive. We have zero tolerance to SPAM and any forms of Abusive, Malicious content.
  • Do not abuse our systems either intentionally or via poorly configured software.
  • Do not scan, probe or generally have a sniff around our systems looking for misconfiguration or vulnerabilities.
  • Do not misuse our systems or attempt to use any misconfiguration or vulnerability.
  • Do not be abusive to our staff.

Where we detect, hear, read or somehow come across behaviour matching the above we will take action and that will typically involve closing your account, banning your everything and generally telling everyone that you’re possibly not a nice person. We said Please… twice.

We can write volumes of policy but the definition of what email is acceptable is largely set by the major email providers who receive it – Microsoft (Hotmail, Live, Outlook), Google (Gmail), Yahoo, Apple (iCloud). If they take issue to what you are sending via our systems then we must do the same. This is a team sport. Our customers rely on our reputation with these services.

We offer a 30 day refund policy and can extend that time frame at our discretion. If you’re not happy with our service we’d prefer to part ways as best as possible. Please reach out to us via a support ticket or Contact Us if you’d like to take this option.

Overall we want your experience with us to be positive, we want to keep you as a customer and we want to provide a positive experience that you’ll want to tell other people about. Things can go wrong sometimes, we get it, we’ve been there too. If there’s an issue we’ll try to resolve it where reasonably possible.
