General Policy

Free Tier

  • Free is forever… as much as anyone can promise forever. The free plan is intended to give you a risk free way to trial our service and we’ve been recipients of free services in the past so this is our way to pay it forward… albeit modestly.
  • Free tier accounts must be logged into once a month (via the web portal) to keep the account active.

Limits

  • As an example, one email sent to twenty people is counted as twenty emails. That is how email transfers behind the scenes.
  • Outbound email = email from you to the Internet.
  • Inbound email = email from the Internet to you.
  • If the Outbound limit is reached you will be unable to send any more email until the change of the hour, on the hour. Inbound emails will continue to be accepted and delivered irrespective of Outbound limits.
  • You will be alerted if your email storage approaches the storage limit. Once that limit is reached Inbound email cannot be received until you free some space or upgrade to a larger plan. Outbound email will send, but will not be saved as Sent Email.

Service Features

  • We offer a 30 day refund policy.
  • Email aliases can only be created to email addresses hosted in our service.
  • All features and limits are offered in good faith to reasonable people. Please don’t abuse our service… we will detect and stop it.
